Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in pursuance to FIR No.693/2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 392/397/34 IPC registered at police station Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi.

Petitioner is a habitual offender having six cases in his credit and there is no parity with co-accused Varun who was released on bail. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
