The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation in relation to FIR No.0155/2018 under Sections 420/406/120B of the IPC registered with PS EOW, in a time bound manner. 2.

Mr Singh, learned ASC appearing for the State states on instructions of the IO (Insp. Ashutosh) that the investigation is almost complete and a final report will be filed within a period of four weeks from today. The respondent is bound down to the said statement. 3.

The petition is disposed of.
