The petitioner seeks grant of second spell of furlough for two weeks in case FIR No. 280/2012 of Police Station Khayala for offence under Section 302/34 IPC.

Learned ASC accepts notice and submits that the petitioner is scheduled to surrender today itself and that his application for second spell of furlough was filed on 22.04.2025 and the same shall be decided within the time prescribed by law.

Learned counsel for petitioner on instructions assures that the petitioner shall surrender today itself.

directing the respondent to decide the furlough application of petitioner as early as possible, but positively within time prescribed by law. Of course, depending upon the decision and even indecision of respondent, the petitioner shall have liberty to file fresh petition. 6.
