Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the Petitioner and the Respondent/School before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Settlement agreement executed on 15.07.2024, incorporating the terms of settlement has been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition be disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement. 3.

Mr. V. Balaji, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Department of Education/Respondent No. 2 has no objection to the parties settling the matter.

Court has perused the settlement agreement dated 15.07.2024 and finds the same to be lawful.
