The present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 assails the Look Out Circular dated 11th December, 2021 emanating out of FIR No. 210/2021 dated 1st December, 2021 registered at P.S. Defence Colony under Sections 376/354/354B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 6 and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
