CRL.M.A. 12968/2025 (seeking ad-interim ex parte police protection) 2.

The petitioner seeks mandamus directing the respondents no. 1 and 2 (police authorities) to provide police protection and two more reliefs. 3.

Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner on instructions submits that the present petition may be confined only to grant of police protection to the petitioner.

Learned ASC accepts notice and assures full police protection to the petitioner, but also clarifies that under the garb of police protection order, the petitioner be not allowed to carry out execution of civil decree. i) SHO/Inspr. Mukesh Kumar, Police Station Malviya Nagar (Mobile No. 8750870822) ii) Beat Officers - Ct. Deepak (Mobile No. 8750871599) and SI Lokender (Mobile No. 9540008781 ) 6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of directing respondents no. 1 and 2 to provide protection to the petitioner as and when petitioner calls them up.
