The liberty sought by Mr. Rajat Wadhwa, learned counsel for the petitioner, is opposed by Mr. Suraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, on the ground that granting such liberty would imply that the DIAC or any other authority would have jurisdiction. 3.
