The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing simultaneous release of petitioner with co-convict (s) on first (1st) spell of furlough granted by the respondent for a period of three (3) weeks vide order bearing no.F.10(3745391 )/CJ/Legal/PHQ/2026/2682 dated 15.5.2026 in FIR NO. 81/2010, U/S 302/34 IPC, P/S Sadar Bazar; b) Pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."
