Under the impugned Award, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected in the following terms:- "It appears that the workman is not interested in the prosecution of its case and the statement of claim filed in the Court., On 7.8.2002 none appeared on behalf of the workman to prove the statement of claim and the workman was proceeded exparte and the case was reserve for award. Consequently, in the above mentioned facts the award is passed accordingly. File be consigned to record room."
