% 07.02.2024 CRL.M.A. 34134/2023 (Release on personal bond) 1.

The present application under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In the light of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

a) Pass an order allowing the present application and release the appellant on personal bond subject to conditions imposed as deemed appropriate by the Hon'ble court;

b) Pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned APP for the State accepts notice.

In view of the averments made in the present application, the order dated 19.10.2023 is modified to the extent that the applicant/appellant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- and one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Link Court.
