The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to demolish the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no.2 at property bearing no.T-A-163, Ward No. 122, Ram Nagar, New Delhi-110059 ('subject property'). 2.

Mr. Kapil Dutta, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1/MCD, on advance notice, submits that the petitioner has made complaints to the wrong zone of the MCD. He submits that the property falls under West Zone.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executive Engineer, West Zone, MCD.
