The applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 19.03.2025 in FIR No.549/2017 dated 13.07.2017 for offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station New Usmanpur. 4.

In the order dated 19.03.2025, this Court took note of the medical status report which indicated that the applicant had been suffering from various ailments and observed that since the Jail Authorities were not in a position to get the applicant treated expeditiously, he was entitled to get his treatment done at the earliest from a private hospital.

The applicant's medical condition has been verified by the State. that the applicant is to undergo an emergency surgery and requires urgent medical attention. The status report is taken on record. 6.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the interim bail granted by order dated 19.03.2025 is extended for another period of four weeks, on the same terms and conditions as imposed therein.
