The wife of the applicant was operated on 11.04.2025. 2.

The verification report has been filed by the Station House Officer, Police Station Kamla Nagar, stating that the patient has been advised rest for two weeks with precautions and may need a 24-hour attendant.

On being pointedly asked, the Investigating Officer informs that the applicant's family consists of two minor children.

In view of the above, purely on humanitarian grounds, the interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 14.02.2025, is extended for a further period of one week, on the same terms and conditions as imposed therein. The applicant is directed to surrender, positively, before the concerned Jail Superintendent on or before 27.05.2025.
