% 19.02.2020 CM No. 6827/2020 (by petitioner for withdrawal of petition and for release of amount) This application seeks withdrawal of the writ petition being W.P.(C) 6015/2019 since the lis has been amicably settled between the parties. In terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.11.2019, an amount of Rs. 6,75,000/- is stated to have been paid to the respondent/workman by way of a Demand Draft 043088 dated 24.10.2019 drawn at Axis Bank, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, as stated in para 5 therein. The amount deposited by the petitioner in terms of this Court's order dated 27.05.2019, be released to the petitioner, alongwith interest accrued thereon.

The application is allowed and disposed-off in the above terms. W.P.(C) 6015/2019 In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The next date of hearing fixed in the matter i.e. 11.03.2020 stands cancelled NAJMI WAZIRI, J FEBRUARY 19, 2020/kb
