The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking bail in connection with FIR No.141/2012 under Sections 356/379/411/34 of the IPC.

The said FIR was registered on 13.06.2012 with PS Kotwali. The charge-sheet was filed in the same year on 07.09.2012. In the meanwhile, the petitioner was arrested on 13.06.2012. thereafter, he absconded. He was declared a proclaimed offender and was rearrested on 08.06.2020. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, learned Trial Court dismissed the petitioner's application for bail on 22.08.2020. 4.

This Court finds no infirmity with the aforesaid decision. Clearly, the conduct of the petitioner indicates that he has misused his liberty and if he is released on bail, it is probable that he would flee from the law once again. 5.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to accede to prayer made in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
