The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 378/2019 of Police Station Jafrabad for offence under Sections 302/394/397/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act. The allegation against the accused/applicant is that he inflicted multiple stabs, causing death of the victim and the incident was captured by CCTV in which the accused/applicant was identified by PW7. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
