% 15.09.2020 The petition has been listed before this Bench by the Registry in view of the urgency expressed therein. The same has been heard by way of video conferencing.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal before the Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal. He however prays that the limitation which is expiring on 28th September, 2020 be extended by one week.

Keeping in view the limited prayer, the present writ petition and pending applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal and the limitation for the same is extended by one week with effect from 28th September, 2020.
