% 18.09.2020 (Through Physical Hearing) The affidavit of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 16.9.2020 submitting his address has been placed on record which address has been verified by the State as per the status report dated 17.9.2020 which indicates that the petitioner is residing at House No. A-140, Gali No. 25, Bharat Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi where he is residing for the last 10 years as per the enquiries made.
The applicant vide the present application has sought the grant of bail in relation to FIR No. 33/2020, Police Station Defence Colony under Section 174A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and apparently having not been arrested therein is infact seeking the grant of anticipatory bail. The applicant has further submitted that the applicant had suffered from COVID and has recently recovered. The applicant further submits that he is ready to By:SUMIT GHAI 01:26
join the process of the Court as and when directed by the concerned Court. In the circumstances, taking into account the verification of the address of the applicant, in the event of arrest the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the directions that he shall not leave the city and shall join the investigation of the case as and when required and shall appear before the learned Trial Court both in relation to FIR No. 33/2020, Police Station Defence Colony as well as in CC No. 8448/2018 and CC No.663/2019 before the Trial Court concerned.
