Petitioner is defending a suit for declaration and cancellation of documents i.e. Sale Deed and Power of Attorney. 2.
During pendency of the abovesaid suit, the petitioner (defendant) filed an application under Order XII Rule 6 read with Order VII Rule 11 CPC and the request in the present petition is merely to the effect that the learned Trial Court be requested to expedite the disposal of such application.

It is, however, submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant that the abovesaid application was two-fold but she has already made a statement before the learned Trial Court that she was confining her such application merely with respect to passing of an admission decree in terms of Order XII Rule 6 CPC. It is submitted that the abovesaid application has yet not been decided.

Writ Courts, generally, do not issue any time-bound directions unless there is a case of grave exigency and hardship. 8.
However, since application moved under Order XII Rule 6 CPC was filed in the year 2023, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Trial Court to make best endeavour to dispose of such application, as expeditiously as possible. 9.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
