% 15.05.2017 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has not been receiving any instructions from her client for the past several years. 2.

Pertinently, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present case, is directed against the respondent/Northern Railway who after selecting him as a Ticket Collector in the year 1992, allegedly did not permit him to join his duties.

3.

Learned counsel states that she does not have the latest residential address of the petitioner and he is no longer available at the address given in the memo of parties.

4.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his case. 5.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of. HIMA KOHLI, J SANGITA DHINGRA SEHGAL, J MAY 15, 2017/ssc
