An application for early hearing of the case has been dismissed by the learned Armed Forces Tribunal on 20.01.2026, on the ground that applications against the dismissal of employee from services have been pending before the Tribunal from the year 2011 whereas the present Petitioner was dismissed from services only on 28.11.2022. 2.

Considering the same, it would not be appropriate to issue any directions to the learned Armed Forces Tribunal to take up the case out of its turn.

However, the Petitioner may revive his request after a period of one year, by filing appropriate application before the learned Armed Forces Tribunal.

The present petition stands disposed of.
