% 02.03.2020 I.A. 18433/2019 (for correction in the judgment dated 23rd April, 2019) Advance copy of the application has already been served to the ld. counsel for the Respondent.

The present application seeks correction in the judgement dated 23rd April, 2019 to the effect that in paragraph 46 of the judgement, the amount awarded ought to read as Rs. 1,02,79,148/- and not Rs. 1,01,53,823/-. The said amount was awarded by the arbitral tribunal towards loss of principal amount which was spent by the CGEWHO.

A perusal of the award shows that the Petitioner was awarded a sum of Rs. 1,01,53,823/- as per paragraph 7.1.5 of the award and Rs. 1,25,325/- as per paragraph 7.1.6 (b) of the award. Accordingly, the amount ought to

read as Rs. 1,02,79,148/- in paragraphs 5A and 46 of the judgment. The application for correction is accordingly allowed in the above terms. I.A. is disposed of.
