It transpires that the representation of the petitioner has been favourably considered and a CGHS Beneficiary Card bearing No. 3755637 was issued by the Director of the Central Government Health Scheme, Delhi, in the name of the petitioner, i.e., Ms. Manu Tomar. The said card was handed over to the petitioner on 22.05.2025. 2.

The grievance now being canvassed by the petitioner is that she has changed her name to Ms. Manu Chaudhary. It is submitted that the change of name has been effectuated in accordance with law. 3.

In the circumstances, the respondent is directed to make the necessary correction/alteration in the CGHS Card issued in favour of the petitioner. Let the same be done within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
