% 22.02.2017 The settlement agreement entered into by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received. It is submitted by the parties that decree stands satisfied in terms of this settlement.

In view of this settlement, the decree stands satisfied. The parties shall remain bound by this settlement agreement. In terms of clause 6(XII) of the settlement agreement, the title deed of Paschim Vihar property has been deposited with the Mediator. The same shall be released to Mr Vinay Gupta, the first party in the said settlement agreement.
