Present petitions have been filed challenging the two orders dated 3rd December, 2020 passed by the Court of Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Delhi and the arbitral awards dated 14th July, 2021 and 9th April, 2021 passed by the learned Arbitrator in Arbitration No.272/AR/ARB/202021 and Arbitration No.273/AR/ARB/2020-21 respectively (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Arbitral Awards"). At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that the present writ petitions have become infructuous as the amounts under the two arbitral awards have been fully paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioners expresses an apprehension that if the writ petitions are withdrawn, the respondent no.1 will file Execution Petitions against the petitioners.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that the impugned awards stand satisfied and no further payments are liable to be made by the petitioners to the respondent no.1. 5.

In view of the aforesaid statements which are taken on record, learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the present petitions any further. Accordingly, the same stand disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
