The hearing is being conducted through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 22724/2025 - BY PARTIES SEEKING DISPOSAL OF APPEAL IN TERMS OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT in FAO 251/2020 CM APPL. 22727/2025 - BY PARTIES SEEKING DISPOSAL OF APPEAL IN TERMS OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT DT. 28.03.2025 in FAO 151/2023 2.

These applications have been filed by the applicant/Ishan Goel, who happens to be the employer. It is brought out that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes in terms of the agreement executed between the parties on 28.03.2025 before the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3.

Clause (3) of the agreement and it is stated that the co-operation of the respondent/workman is required for quashing of the FIR No. 301/2016 dated 19.07.2016, under Section 287/338 of the IPC 4.

It is however stated that respondent/workman is not cooperating.

Mr. R.K. Nain, learned counsel for the respondent/workman submits that he is ready and willing to cooperate with the employer and that the workman would appear in the proceedings for quashing of the FIR No. 301/2016, as and when the same is instituted and he is issued notice either by the Court or through the employer and/or his counsel.

In view of the above, the present appeals are disposed of, as compromised.

It is provided that the parties shall remain bound by the statement. It is also provided that only after the quashing of the FIR No. 301/2016 by the Court, the entire amount of compensation, which is lying with the learned Commissioner shall be released to the respondent/workman.
