Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that in terms of settlement agreement dated 04.01.2025, the possession has been handed over to the Respondent by the Petitioner before the Executing Court. He seeks to rely upon order dated 24.01.2025 passed by the Executing Court and the settlement agreement.

Learned Counsel for the parties thus submit that the Petition can be disposed of.
