A Settlement Agreement dated 13th September, 2024, has been executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre between the Petitioner - Smt. Kanta Panwar, Respondents No. 1 and 2 - Smt. Vinita Panwar and Sh. Amit Panwar as well as Sh. A.S. Panwar, the husband of the Petitioner.

Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the petition to be disposed of in terms thereof.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 4.

In terms of Paragraph No. 5 of the Settlement Agreement, the demand draft bearing D.D. which has also been annexed to the Settlement Agreement, has been handed over by Petitioner to Respondent No. 1 in the present petition. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 13th September, 2024. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 6.

In the above terms, the present writ petition along with pending application(s) if any, is disposed of.
