% 27.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to extend benefit of the order of this Court dated 27.01.2017 in W.P.(C) 7873/2007 in the case of Sanjeev Kumar Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and place the petitioner in the scale of ₹5500-9000 towards financial upgradation under the ACP scheme dated 09.08.1999. As stated in the present petition, to this effect, the petitioner made representation dated 12.07.2018, Annexure-P-11 (Colly) at page 65, however, till date, no decision has been taken by the respondents. I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent nos.3 & 4 to decide the representation dated 12.07.2018 within six weeks from the receipt of this order.

The petition is disposed of, accordingly.
