% 16.08.2016 On 29th July, 2016, the sanction order dated 22nd July, 2016 had been handed over. Today, the pay slip for the month of July, 2016 of Mr. Bhupender Kumar has been handed over. The same is taken on record. It shows that an amount of Rs.22,902/- has been transferred to the petitioner's account and another sum of Rs.14,733/- has been deducted and remitted to the concerned Court under an attachment order. Learned counsel for respondent assures this Court that in future an amount of Rs.15,000/- shall be deducted every month from the salary and allowance of Mr. Bhupender Kumar till the balance arrears are recovered and paid to the petitioner in compliance with the order dated 16th July, 2015 and after recovery of arrears Rs.7,500/- shall be recovered and directed to be paid to the petitioner till further orders.

The statement made by learned counsel for respondent is accepted by this Court and respondent is held bound by the same. In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. MANMOHAN, J AUGUST 16, 2016 js
