The allegations in the FIR are that at about 12 midnight, the Complainant was stopped by two persons, who were on motorcycle, who gave him injury with a knife on his stomach and also snatched his purse and mobile. The Respondent No. 2 identified the motorcycle and the Petitioner about two days later and thereafter, the Petitioner was arrested. After investigation, the Charge-Sheet has been filed. 7.

On the Complaint of the Respondent No.2/Complainant, E-FIR No.447/2019 dated 09.04.2019 under Section 392/394/397/411/34 of IPC, got registered at Police Station Bhajanpura, Delhi. 8.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.
