In pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the respondentCorporation has placed on record the status report, which reads as under:- "2.That status report was filed on 17.08.2023 stating that there is a small lron girder at one corner of the entrance of the gali No. 5 (Band Gali) Chanderlok Colony, Shahdara, Delhi having height approx. 2.5 ft. as well as a sitting platform of width approx. 1.5 ft. on both side of the house exists at corner of the gali.
3. That, in compliance of Hon'ble Court Order dated 28.08.2024, an encroachment removal programme was fixed for 04.09 .2024 alongwith S.H.O, Mansarovar Park, Police station vide letter No. EE/M-III/ SH / N / 2024-25 / D-743 d ate d 28.08.2024.
4. That, on 04.09.2024 demolition action to remove the encroachment in the form of small lron girder and sitting platform was taken by the MCD staff.

5. That, encroachment as mentioned in the status report was removed by the MCD staff on that day i.e. 04.09.2024.
6. That, photographs of demolition action are enclosed with this report" 2.
The photographs attached with the status report, clearly indicate that the unauthorised portion has been completely removed. 3.
If the petitioner has any further grievance, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Special Task Force.

Nothing more is required to be adjudicated in the instant petition. The petition stands disposed of.

With respect to alleged illegal parking etc., the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the concerned Executive Magistrate in terms of Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
