A Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.90/2020 under Section 343/341-B/509 IPC registered at Police Station Shastri Park.

As per the FIR, on 19.05.2020 while the Complainant was coming back after purchasing grocery items and was proceeding towards her house along with her two kids, Petitioner No.2 and 3 accosted her and started abusing her. The Petitioner No.3 touched her breast and in the meanwhile Petitioner No.1 who also arrived there, held her hand. The Petitioner No.2 hit the Complainant by leg. All the Petitioners misbehaved with her and when she cried for help, they all left the spot. PCR Van, which took her to the hospital and after treatment, the Police registered a FIR on the Complaint of the Complainant/Respondent No.2 against all the Petitioners.

It is submitted that vide Compromise Deed dated 20.04.2025 both the Petitioners and Respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.
The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with all the Petitioners. She has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioners on account of the Settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.
In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 90/2020 registered at Police Station Shastri Park, for offences punishable under Sections 343/341-B/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua all the accused persons/Petitioners. 7.
The Petition stands disposed of.
