After some hearing, it is agreed that the petitioner would carry out the necessary water proofing treatment/plastering on the petitioner's side of the property by engaging a vendor at its cost.

It is agreed that if any work is required to be carried out on the respondent's side of the property, the petitioner shall personally intimate the respondent, and the parties would thereafter cooperate to ensure that the water proofing is functional and complete in all respects on both sides of the concerned property.

It is made clear that neither will the respondent obstruct the petitioner for the purpose of carrying out the aforesaid water proofing work nor will the petitioner obstruct the construction going on in the other portions of the respondent's property.
