The present anticipatory bail applications under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed by the applicants in case arising out of FIR bearing No. 114/2023, registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh, for offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 („IPC‟).

In view of the fact that the said FIR has already been quashed by this Court, the present bail applications become infructuous; and hence are withdrawn.

The bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn and accordingly disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 4.
