Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take such steps as are available to him under law. 3.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.

The captioned Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 130/2026 5.

Present Execution Petition, under Order XXI of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, read with Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks the execution and enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 26.08.2026.

Mr. Karan Malhotra, learned counsel, who appears on advance service, accepts notice on behalf of the Judgment Debtor. He seeks and is granted a period of three weeks to file his Reply/Objections to the present Petition.
