The present petition under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "a) Initiate Contempt Proceedings against the Respondent for his wilful violation of order dated 10.4.2023 in Writ Petition NO. 4435/2006 titled as "DR. V.S. LUV VS DELHI BHARTIYA CHIKTSA PARISHAD" and punish the Respondent in and accordance with the law under sections 1 0 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971;

b) Call for the personal appearance of Contemnor/ Respondent to explain the blatant contempt of the order dated 10.4.2023. c) Direct the respondent/contemnor to comply with order dated 10.4.2023 passed by this Hon 'ble court in Writ Petition NO. 4435/2006 titled as "DR. V.S. LUV VS DELHI BHARTIYA CHIKTSA PARISHAD"
