O R D E R

% 27.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing the order no. 032/2018-19 dated 19.01.2019 passed by the respondents transferring the petitioner from Delhi to Kudgi (Karnataka) Further seeks direction to quash the release order dated 18.05.2019 whereby the petitioner has been released from Delhi in order to join Kudgi (Karnataka).

During the arguments, counsel for the respondents has given 25 options to the petitioner and petitioner has chosen Gadarwara (M.P.) station. Counsel for the respondents has agreed to issue fresh orders for transferring him from Delhi to Gadarwara (M.P.). Accordingly order dated 19.01.2019 and 18.05.2019 are quashed.

Respondents are directed to issue fresh order of transfer of the petitioner to be transferred to Gadarwara (M.P.) within two weeks from the receipt of this order and on receipt of the transfer order, the petitioner shall join the station within four weeks thereafter. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. The respondents are further directed to release the salary of the petitioner, if due, within two weeks.

I hereby make it clear that the order passed by this Court in the instant writ petition, be not treated as a precedent. A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
