The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22nd February, 2024, passed in W.P. (C) No. 13327/2023. 2.

Since, despite the order dated 22nd February, 2024, the respondent Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation ("DSIIDC"), had not opened the shop in question, the present contempt petition had been filed.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/DSIIDC, has drawn the attention of this Court to the compliance affidavit, that has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 1. The relevant portions of the said compliance affidavit, read as under:- "xxx xxx xxx 5.
I state that in compliance of the order dated 22.02.2024 passed in W.P. (C) No. 13327 of 2023, the Respondent No. 1 has directed the concerned officers of DSIIDC to open the Shop No. V-439/1, Main Jafiabad Road, Maujpur Vijay Park, Delhi, and the same was opened on 15.05.2024. Photos of the Shop No. V-439/1, Main Jafrabad Road, Maujpur Vijay Park, Delhi dated 15.05.2024 are attached as Annexure R1-1 (Colly).

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner expresses concern that the respondent/DSIIDC has only opened the shutter of the shop, and as such has not made the said shop, operational. 6.
However, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 refutes the said submission and submits that not only the shutter of the shop in question has been opened, but staff has also been deputed by the DSIIDC in the said shop, and that the said shop has been made operational. 7.
The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing for DSIIDC, is taken on record.

Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the present petition, in case, their grievance still survives, in any manner.
