The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No. 579/2022 dated 13.12.2022, registered at Police Station Hari Nagar, for offences under Section 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

The chargesheet has already been filed in the present case. 5.

in the present case.

He submits that WhatsApp chats between the parties, which have also been provided to the Investigating Officer during the investigation, categorically point out that the complainant was not subjected to cruelty in relation to demand of dowry by the petitioners.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the matter is now listed for arguments on charge on 28.05.2024. He submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of raising all the issues and arguments before the learned Trial Court while arguing the case on charge. 8.

In view of the objection raised, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and raise all arguments before the learned Trial Court and to approach this Court in case any grievance remains.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
