This Court by its judgment dated 10.07.2023 had quashed FIR No.148/2007 registered at Police Station: Connaught Place, New Delhi, under Sections 420/406/174A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 subject to the petitioner planting 200 trees in his Kasba Bamni Khera and also doing some social work in the village as assigned by the concerned SDM.

The SDM, Palwal was directed to file a certificate ensuring that the petitioner has planted the trees and has also devoted a minimum of 100 hours in 2 months to social service.

A report dated 12.10.2023 has been received from the SDM, Palwal, it reports due compliance by the petitioner with the conditions imposed by this Court. The compliance report is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above, the petition need not be listed any further before this Court.
