It transpires during the course of hearing that the concerned Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court is seized of ID No.8/2026 initiated by the same petitioner pertaining to the same issue. A claim statement has been filed in the said proceedings and currently, the said Tribunal is seized of the matter.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petitioner is relegated to pursue the proceedings initiated by it before the concerned CGIT.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
