% 27.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to pay the arrears of salary w.e.f. August, 2018 and other benefits.

To this effect, the petitioner made representation dated 16.05.2019 to the Education Officer, Education Department, Karampura and the copy of the same be sent to the respondent no.3. However, till date, there is no communication received from the respondents.

Keeping in view the reasons stated in the instant petition, I hereby dispose of the same directing the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to take decision on the representation dated 16.05.2019 within four weeks from the receipt of

this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of. Dasti.
