This application is filed by the Respondents under Section 151 CPC seeking modification of order dated 04.07.2025 to the extent of clarifying that no status quo order exists on the Respondents' land forming part of Khasra Nos. 470/2, 442, 443, 444, 445, 447, 448, 449, 450, 451, 452, 454, 455, 456, 457, 458, 459, 460, 461, 462, 463, 464, 465, 466, 467, 468 and 469 situated in Mouja Dhakpatti, Pargana Panchwadoon, Tehsil and District Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

During the hearing, Court is informed that Petitioner/Decree Holder has filed an execution petition, which is pending consideration. It needs no reiteration that it is for the Executing Court to execute the award as also quantify the amount payable to the Petitioner under the Arbitral Award.
