At the outset, learned counsel for the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) assures that the requisite restoration order qua the petitioner shall be duly communicated to the concerned university (Rani Avantibhai Lodhi University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh) immediately and that the necessary updation would also be made in the concerned website/s, inter-alia, the website of the Western Regional Committee (WRC), to enable the petitioner to participate in ongoing counselling for the Academic Session 2026-27.

Let the needful be done on or before 01.06.2026, failing which this Court shall be constrained to take necessary action against the officials of the NCTE for committing wilful disobedience of orders passed by this Court.
