The grievance of the petitioner is that despite of the recommendation of the Screening Committee for release of non-recurring and recurring Grant-in-aid under the 'Scheme of Grant-in-aid to voluntarily and other organizations working for the Scheduled Castes', the respondent has yet not released the Grant-in- aid to the petitioner. The petitioner has also made a representation dated 27.08.2020 to the respondent in this regard. 3.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of directing the respondent to decide on the representation dated 27.08.2020 of the petitioner, as also consider the contents of the present petition as a representation, and decide the same within a period of four weeks from today. The order deciding such representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within the same period and in case the petitioner is found eligible for the Grant-in- aid, the same also be released to

the petitioner.
