The present Petition, filed under Sections 11(5) & 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"], seeks the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for the purpose of resolution of disputes inter se the parties arising out of Agreement dated 23.10.2021 and subsequent Agreement dated 01.11.2022 ["Agreements"], as executed between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after advancing some arguments, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take such steps as permissible under law.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.
