This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties arising out of a tender awarded for the Construction of Additional Class Rooms, Lab & Library at GSBV Pooth Kalan, Delhi -110086. 2.

The Arbitral Tribunal was appointed by an order of this Court dated 03.06.2022 in Arb. P. 732/2022. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal has been extended, by consent of the parties, as recorded in an email dated 15.11.2023, until 29.04.2024.
