This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking exemption from filing originals/certified/cleared/typed or translated copies of documents, proper margins, electronic documents, etc. Original documents shall be produced/filed, if sought, in accordance with law. 3.

Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

The present petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner- M/s S.C. Agarwal under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of the ld. Sole Arbitrator by a period of 6 months.

It is stated that disputes between the parties herein arose, subsequent to which, the Petitioner invoked arbitration vide its letter dated 3rd February, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 2021 in terms of Clause 64 of the General Conditions of Contract of Indian Railways. Vide order dated 29th January, 2021 the Court was pleased to appoint an arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties herein. It is further stated in the petition that the matter is now at the stage of final arguments and the last hearing in the case was on 27th March, 2024, which was also the date on which mandate of the ld. Arbitral Tribunal had expired. 6.

Ld. counsel for the Respondent has no objection. Accordingly, the mandate is extended till 31st December, 2024. 7.

Petition is disposed of.
