The present petition under Section 24 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - <[a.] To pass an order and direction in Favor of the petitioner to transfer the Civil Suit No. 962 of 2018 titled as Manish Vij Versus Gagan Chawal & Ors pending for disposal before Ld. District Judge-01 East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi be transferred to High Court Of Delhi And Tag with the C.S. (OS) NO. 90 of 2019 titled as Ashu Agrawal Versus Manish Vij & Ors just to avoid the conflict of evidence and multiplicity of litigations. [b.] To pass any other such orders and further orders/ directions as are deemed just and proper in the facts and the circumstances of the present case.= 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
